On Site Support |
MJA supports any make of PC or laptop, new or old, along with associated peripherals such as printers. MJA can provide on-site support on a pay as you go or pre-pay basis; tailoring the support package to suit your needs and budget. |
Pay as You Go |
If you prefer to pay for support as and when it is needed then you can use MJAs Pay as You Go option. With the Pay as You Go option you just pay for the support as and when required. Pay as you go is charged by the hour with a minimum charge of one hour. Rates are as follows: |

Pre-Pay |
For businesses that prefer to have peace of mind MJA offers pre-pay packages which are paid for on a monthly basis. The packages can be tailored to the needs of your business and include:
- Discounted on site support
- Remote assistance
- Regular health checks (including virus protection)
- Daily monitoring of Windows Small Business Server 2003 machines
- Consultancy regarding your ICT systems and procedures
The advantages of pre-paying for support is that if the worst happens MJA will respond within a guaranteed response time to resolve the issue quickly and with minimum disruption to your business. |
Costs
A typical pre-pay contract starts from £100 plus VAT per month for a business with 2-3 computers. The cost of materials such as hardware and software are charged separately. |
